Part 6

Part 6: Detailed and gruesome

Now that I was able to peel away the bottom portion of her face, I decided to remove problematic pieces before removing the top portion, along with her scalp. While running my scalpel around her nose I found out that she had very little cartilage in her nasal cavity, which means she either snorts large amounts of cocaine or has been snorting for a very long time. Either way, it makes it easier for me. I dig into the little cartilage she has and removed her nose. The human facial structure is magnificent, the only thing that makes most of the features in our face is muscle and fat because there's very little cartilage. It amazes me and I would love to see what she looked like when she was younger, I bet dimes to nickels she was a very pretty young lady until the tragedy happened, and her drug habit won the battle.

By the end, I was able to remove the skin and scalp of Diamond without her going into complete shock and dying on me; although she did pass out. I have to say, that I was impressed with the work I've done and the masterpiece I would be able to create from here on; but because of the time it took, I highly doubt this is something I would ever try again. Being able to see how to remove the skin off of one's face was mind blowing and of course very educational on my behalf. I was excited that I was able to try something new. For now I'll let her live, extract her upper teeth, saw off her bottom jaw, and dip her hands in acid once she wakes up.

Matt's kill on the other hand looks like she's been dead this entire time. Her skin has a yellow tinge and a foamy substance in the corners of her mouth, it's safe to say she overdosed, but that didn't stop Matt. This guy is completely naked and blood everywhere. He cut off her hands but used nails to mount them on her face. The rest of her body had nails sticking out like she was Pinhead from Hellraiser but the difference is, she has them all over her body. He had to have used at least 100 nails just in her upper body. Then out of nowhere there was a loud gasp followed by a screeching scream. I looked over and Diamond was wide awake and alert. I rushed over, wet a hand towel with alcohol, and put it on her face. She passed out again almost immediately which was perfect because I still needed to cut enough of the hand towel, so I can rip her teeth out. I know you're wondering what's the purpose of the hand towel. Well, I wore gloves to make sure if she did have a disease, I wouldn't be affected. In order for me to pull out her teeth, I need pliers but with no gloves, so I can get a firm grip, and rip them out with one shot.
